There will be time I can’t get back, and I’m furious
Initially written for violinist Anton Miller and choreographer Stephen Pier for the “Uncertainty of Fate” Music Festival in 2021. The piece explores loss and the uncovering of the emotions associated with that loss. Why we may subdue these feelings is different for everyone, whether it is being strong for others, fear, or even just being unaware. The composition delves into the cathartic yet destructive release of anger and sorrow after being bottled for so long.
